What we collect. The document images you upload, the email address you provide at checkout (via PayPal), and standard server logs.
How your documents are handled. Uploads are encrypted in transit. Documents are processed by our translation pipeline, which uses third-party AI providers under zero-data-retention terms; your documents are never used to train AI models. We keep your uploads and finished translations securely on file so we can re-issue or correct your documents whenever you need them. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support — we delete within 48 hours.
Payments. Payments are processed by PayPal in GBP. We never see or store card numbers.
Verification page. The public verification page shows only: order number, issue date, language pair and document type — never names or document contents.
